Terms of Service

1.1. This Offer is an official proposal and contains all the essential terms of the service provision.

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer is made by paying for the services. The contract is considered concluded at the moment funds are credited to the Contractor's account.

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the «Magic Diffusion» service, which offers the ability to generate text and graphic content using artificial intelligence, under a subscription model.

2.2. Services are provided on a paid basis in accordance with the terms of the tariff available at Tariffs.

3.1. For customers from all regions except Russia. Payment is made by replenishing the bot's balance in the amount of $2 (or $4), depending on the selected payment method.

3.2. Payment is made by automatic debit from the Customer's bank card or by another method specified on the Contractor's website.

3.3. The Customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time by contacting support ([email protected]).

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide access to the service after successful completion of the payment process.

4.2. The Customer undertakes to pay the subscription fee in a timely manner.

5.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to access the service if it is caused by the actions of the Customer.

6.1. All disputes will be resolved through negotiations.

7.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Offer.
